Master's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, Human Resources Management, Education or a comparable subject area Multiannual professional experience in the fields of Learning & Development, Leadership & Talent Development, Organisational Development, Consulting or a comparable environment Detectable experience in the design, development and implementation of learning programs, competence development trips or corporate academy solutions Embossed project or program management experience, including coordination of different stakeholders Experience with digital learning and learning technologies Experiences in the areas of innovation, leadership development or future skills are advantageous We require reliable knowledge of German and English
