You ensure the professional leadership, organisation and economic operation of the training workshop and coordinate the processes between all participants (including with external bodies such as chambers or professional schools) The predictive planning of initial training in the training professions, including exams, as well as on-time and efficient provision of all human and material resources in the training workshop, is your responsibility You carry out the needs determination and demand of the material required for training and ensure the maintenance of the material, and you also support budget and investment planning and educational needs analysis In doing so, you are responsible for the location of the training workshop and are responsible for the entrepreneurial obligations on site (including ensuring occupational and health protection) You will ensure the placement of all agreed training contents, time frames and training sections in the training workshop according to BAP (company training plan) and training regulations as well as the assessment of the development of trainees As a well-known expert:in the course of training you initiate the further development of the educational content as well as the methodological-didactic conception You are also responsible for the responsibility and implementation of new training concepts and methods in the training workshop You are taxing the incorporation of new training staff, promoting their independent qualification and further development, assessing the trainer's staff and assisting in recruiting staff and in identifying training needs.

You have completed your studies at a university of applied sciences, master's certificate, or you have completed vocational training in the field of industrial technology and several years of professional experience in this field.
