Actively shape the future: cooperation in our purchasing team in the creation and further development of performance descriptions - in close coordination with our professional bridge heads Proactive support of our tendering projects - from preparation to structuring of documents to evaluation Take responsibility: Own-sponsored takeover of clearly defined (partial) projects - from planning to implementation Work conscientiously: ability to manage multiple tasks and (partial) projects in parallel, while keeping in mind interfaces, dependencies and deadlines Working in the team: Active interface management and cooperation with different departments and contact persons Persuasive: independent, professional communication with the respective professional contacts - oral and written Keep an overview: Structured and understandable processing and disclosure of relevant information within our purchasing team Support for operational tasks in the gastronomic environment

BWL, VWL, Law, Hotel or Tourism Management or a comparable degree programme Personally convincing: friendly, sovereign appearance, rapid understanding and a structured, independent way of working Industry affinity: First experiences or prior knowledge in the gastronomy and/or in the food-food-beverage area as well as in purchasing are advantageous Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing IT skills: Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Analytical Strength: Ability to collect, analyze and understand complex contract and tender documents
