With us you shape the responsible use of artificial intelligence – with technical understanding, strategic thinking and the sense of real customer needs. You work on projects where you make AI tangible, explain innovations and accompany organizations on their way to the AI practice. You develop and drive our AI portfolio – from idea to customer implementation You design and guide workshops, analyze needs and translate them into concrete strategies and measures You will discuss topics such as Generative AI, LLMs, MCP, RAG approaches and explain complex relationships in a comprehensible and convincing way You accompany companies in the integration of AI into their business processes and ensure that technological innovation is effective in practice You are Sparringspartner:in for customers and colleagues, who combines the technical depth with enthusiasm With us you will find an environment that focuses on trust, gives you space for responsibility and in which expertise, openness and curiosity go hand in hand.

You understand AI not only technically, but also in terms of its added value for people and businesses. You have the pleasure of sharing knowledge, explaining relationships and enthralling customers for new opportunities. Studies in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a comparable qualification as well as experience in professional software architecture Very good knowledge of Python, as well as practical experience with popular AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, MCP, RAG approaches Very good German knowledge (at least C1 level) and the ability to convey complex AI topics in a comprehensible and convincing way – both to developer teams and to customer appointments Curiosity, joy of innovation and fun to actively track and bring the rapid developments in AI into practice You don't just want to see what AI can do today, but do what it does tomorrow – then you're right with us.
