Management and further development of the international accounting team (currently 10 employees) Total responsibility for financial accounting Ensuring the timely creation of monthly and annual accounts by HGB Responsibility for treasury Cooperation with international tax consulting, auditing, banks and authorities Description Management and further development of the international accounting team (currently 10 employees) Total responsibility for financial accounting including main accounting and debitor and creditor accounting Ensuring the timely creation of monthly and annual accounts by HGB Responsibility for the treasury including payment, bank management and negotiation and supervision of credit lines and other financial instruments Analysis and optimization of financial, accounting and treasury processes as well as active participation of digitalization in the financial sector Advising and supporting management and departments in all financial and accounting issues Cooperation with international tax consulting, auditing, banks and authorities and ensuring compliance with legal requirements

Successfully completed, business studies - or a comparable qualification Multiannual, relevant professional experience in the described area of responsibility, ideally in an international (service or commercial) company Found experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of a team Knowledge of accounting according to HGB and secure handling of modern ERP systems as well as MS Office Embossed analytical skills, high number affinity and a structured way of working Communicationful personality with joy in taking people and developing them Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Own initiative, hand-on mentality and enthusiasm for the optimization of processes
