Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Leipzig You are specifically used in the semiconductor cluster Dresden, primarily at the new customer ESMC in the new construction of the chip plant in Dresden. In the first step, you will accompany the TBE project team during the realization; then plan the existing structures of the semiconductor cluster within the ACC. You independently create planning, project planning and solution concepts for the structures of security and building technology. You create specifications and obligations incl. coordination with customers and suppliers. You create and edit performance directories, alerts and offers. The testing of the tender documents for technical and economic feasibility is part of your tasks in accordance with the legal and normative requirements. Offer documentation is prepared or prepared by you and coordinated with internally applicable sales processes, legal and regulatory requirements. You convert foreign performance features to their own product. You work closely and trustfully with the Key Account Manager and the realisation managers, the responsible internal purchasing and the contract manager. You coordinate regular communication with the client and users of the security equipment to ensure sustainable customer satisfaction.

Personality: independent, team-capable Training: completed professional training at least 2 years (master, technician, farmer) or completed professional training at least 3 years or a comparable qualification or Experience Experiences and know-how: well-founded knowledge and experience in the handling of safety systems such as fire and intrusion detection technology, access control systems, and network technology. The application of standards and guidelines, in particular DIN VDE 0800, 0833 I-IV and DIN 14675 and EN54, is a prerequisite for safe handling of MS-Office and CAD drawing programs. Knowledge of procurement law (e.g. VOB/A) and building automation are desirable. Knowledge in the field of clean room technology is advantageous. Operation: problem solution orientation, organizational skills, customer orientation and communication strength. Qualification: driving licence class B Language knowledge: English knowledge at level B2 or the willingness to achieve this level are assumed.
