Your main tasks are:

Reception of guests and service providers Organisation of service providers for repairs etc. Access control (issue of keys and access cards) Preparation of meeting rooms Distribution General administrative and location tasks That's what you bring Immatricated student/in with craft skills and a hand-on mentality You bring modern knowledge in office communication and basic skills in IT technologies with It's fun to deal with smaller IT tasks You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing You have convincing communicative skills, above all a clear expression and active listening Applications for disabled people are expressly welcome with equivalent qualifications. Your hourly wage is 15 euros. During your studies you work about 20 hours a week. During the semester holidays you can be active for up to 40 hours per week.
