In your role as a technical trainer (m/w/d) heating technology and heat pumps plan and develop technical product and system training for internal and external target groups Through practical trainings and workshops, you can convey complex technical content in a comprehensible manner and inspire the specialist craft for modern heating systems Together with sales, service and other departments, you identify training needs and develop existing training concepts continuously With modern learning methods, digital formats and targeted presentations, you create sustainable learning experiences and promote knowledge transfer into practice You regularly attend events, trade fairs, specialist forums and are regularly in exchange with customers, handicraft partners and master schools – this proximity to the target groups allows you to recognize current needs and challenges at an early stage and to let them actively participate in the further development of our training and training concepts.
