As a project manager (m/w/d) in turnkey construction, you take over the responsible management and control of your team in realizing exciting turnkey construction projects. With your targeted approach as well as your strong management talent, you control the entire project and ensure a smooth cooperation between all parties. The goal of the team is to guide and control the project team in a targeted manner and to secure the realization of turnkey construction projects Coordination: You co-ordinate and monitor the construction design in a result-oriented manner Interdisciplinary cooperation: You stay in close contact with all stakeholders such as builders, authorities, specialist engineers and internal interfaces Call and award: To award and select the right entrepreneurs, you make a significant contribution and support your expertise in technical issues Responsibility: You are responsible for projects economically and technically

Successfully completed study of civil engineering, architecture or economic engineering (construction) Multiannual experience in construction or project management in turnkey construction Application-proof knowledge in the fields of VOB, contracting and construction Open and targeted communication capability, coupled with enforcement capability and high commitment Self-employed and structured working together with entrepreneurial thinking and team skills
