Your tasks:

• Self-responsible inspections
• Maintenance and testing of building equipment (e.g. heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary facilities)
• Customer-oriented troubleshooting
• Proactive repair and repair
• Support and support for customer technical operations
• Digital documentation of the activities carried out via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance desk)

Take this with you:

• Vocational training as plant mechanic HKLS, mechatronics refrigeration technology, central heating and ventilation equipment required
• G examination
• Good knowledge of German
