For over 40 years we have been working successfully in the real estate sector. The focus is on the acquisition of existing properties for renting and for sale in Berlin and Hamburg. The properties are supervised by our offices in Hamburg and Röbel/Müritz. To support our team we are looking for one/-n:

in full time (37.0 – 40.0 h) for the support of our objects in Hamburg

Technical object support for our objects in Hamburg Own execution of maintenance measures in the rental units and objects Monitoring of foreign companies (e.g. stair house cleaning, winter service, ...) Contact for our tenants Regular object tours Ensuring and monitoring the timely maintenance and testing Accompanying accommodation/transfers

Complete technical or craft training, alternatively a professional way of life that allows you to implement the required tasks with us Technical and structural understanding High level of responsibility Communicative, binding and solution-oriented Independent and proactive operation Fun at work in the team German orally and in writing at the native language level Valid passenger car licence
