You bring experience in project management (ideally related to calls for tenders), think driven and want to actively shape the future of air rescue? Tender Management – You are responsible for projects in tenders and other projects in a service context, from concept development to tender creation to negotiation management. You work closely with the departments, coordinate legal assistance and external legal advisers. You also accompany projects around the ADAC air rescue stations. Development and maintenance of customer relationships & sales management – You are a contact person (w/m/d) for carriers and supervisory authorities and build a sustainable key account management. You tune customer requests with internal departments, represent the ADAC air rescue in committees and coordinate the communication with the subsidiaries. In addition, you plan and accompany customer appointments, develop the sales strategy and monitor market and contractual obligations. Strategic cooperation and other tasks - You support the development of opinions, position papers and actively contribute to the work of interest at federal and national level. In addition to participating in projects to improve air rescue, you will advise customers on professional issues. You regularly take part in specialized events such as symposiums and congresses and develop decision-making templates as well as presentations for management and other bodies.

The theory sits – you have a successfully completed university degree in the field of health or rescue services management, preferably with an economic focus or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring knowledge of rescue structures and have an affinity for aviation, air rescue or healthcare. Retaliatory training is advantageous. Know-How – You already have experience in working with interdisciplinary teams and understand how to quickly build larger networks. You are experienced in the project management, ideally in the context of public procurement or reclamation services projects. Professional experience – For this activity, you will bring well-founded professional experience in tender management as well as ideally a basic understanding in contract law. You are willing to take responsibility in the B2G environment (business-to-government), especially in dealing with contracting authorities, carriers and supervisory authorities. You are characterized by a sense of building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships and are always dealing with a strategic and sales-oriented approach. Communication – You score with strong communication, sovereign appearance and noticeable enthusiasm for presentations.
