For project use with one of our customers we are looking for you as

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Tasks:

• Support for employees in human affairs throughout the Employee Life Cycle
• Care for file and file care with much care
• Creation of all contract documents and certificates
• Coordination, organisation and support of on- and off-boarding
• Support of the HR General responsible for national and international HR projects
• Cooperation with the works council

Requirements:

• (Fach)Enrolment ideally in the field of Human Resources or successfully completed commercial training with additional qualification to the personal businesswoman (m/w/d)
• First professional experience in a comparable position
• Good knowledge of German labour law
• First experience in cooperation with works councils
• German and English language skills
• Excellent communication and team skills as well as a structured operation and high self-motivation
