You are planning and realizing events and trade fairs from conception to preparation and coordinates locations, technology, catering and external partners. You keep communication, deadlines and budget together and make sure there is a smooth process. Depending on the format, you work with external speakers, for example: indoors, shows, subscriber management, trade fair logistics or hybrid/digital event modules and make the next formats on the basis of feedback and learnings a bit better each time

You bring 2–4 years of experience in event management and have events up to approx. 300 participants and trade fair appearances independently planned and implemented. You have good hands for service providers:inside, budgets and timings and stay calm even if something changes on site at short notice. In addition, you have a class B driver's license so that you can also travel flexibly if necessary.
