Our Financial Services division focuses on financial services and supports banks, insurance companies and asset managers to be successful in an ever-changing and fast-paced world.

As part of our team in Frankfurt/Main or Munich, you evaluate and analyze companies, financial instruments and intangible assets (such as customer relationships between financial institutions and their customers). You advise global players in the banking and insurance sector, private equity companies, payment providers, asset managers, ascending and established FinTech players and industrial captives, among others, on the topics of purchase price determination and the assessment of strategic options. You can do a variety of tasks: Support for the assessment and analysis of financial services companies in one of the most challenging and dynamic industries throughout the transaction cycle Knowing the entire range of business models and market trends of financial service providers with their valuation specifications - and the possibility to build a brand core in the art of corporate assessment with time Inquiries of central assumptions of industrial transactions and restructuring. Your analyses have a direct influence on the decision making of our customers: you are at the forefront when we discuss strategic action options with top management Own work with capital market-oriented data providers such as S&P Market Intelligence, ThomsonONE, Mergermarket and Bloomberg. In addition, you will get in touch with Cutting-Edge software solutions (e.g. PowerBI or In-house Tools), develop a comprehensive understanding of the current market dynamics and gains, for example, granular insights behind the scenes of financial services companies Participation in the evaluation and visualization of credit portfolios (e.g. Real Estate, Shipping, Aviation), for example in the context of portfolio transactions with the help of market-leading data analytics solutions

This position shall be taken from January 2026.

Studies of economics, economic engineering, business informatics or mathematics (preferably in the 4th semester) with suitable specializations as well as passion for the financial industry First experience and safe handling of Office 365 - ideally supplemented by e.g. Power BI, SQL, Python Very good communication skills in German and English (at least C2) Your mindset Agil: You think that a flexible way of thinking is just as important for success as knowledge and skills.
