Controller – Finance & Projects (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consulting for specialists and executives, is looking for a financial controller (m/w/d) in permanent position.

Our client is an established, medium-sized consulting and planning company that has been supporting challenging projects in the health and research environment for decades. With an interdisciplinary team, complex projects are supported from conception and planning to implementation. In the course of further company development, a new position in controlling is created at the Tübingen site. There is explicitly no specialist who already knows any particularity of the industry. A well-founded controlling experience and the ability not only to prepare figures, but to derive concrete findings and measures together with the commercial management are crucial.

Creation and development of evaluations, reports and controlling instruments Support for budgeting, forecasting and target-actual and deviation analyses Preparation of relevant key figures for commercial management and management Analysis of economic developments and derivation of appropriate measures together with the commercial management Participation in the continuous expansion of financial and project controlling Commercial support of ongoing projects and successively take over tasks in project controlling Support in project and performance accounting Participation in contractual, supplementary and accounting matters Close cooperation with commercial management, project managers and administration Take over other commercial tasks according to your experience and personal strengths
