To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality for the project “Klimaresiliente Region OWL”: Projektmanager:in (m/w/d) Location Bielefeld / Full time In the area of sustainability, digitalisation and mobility, you will play a central role in the project “Klimaresilient Region OWL, which is funded by the European Regional Development Fund and the Ministry for Environment, Nature Conservation and Transport NRW. The aim of the project is to strengthen, together with circles, municipalities and scientific partners, the climate resilience of the East Westphalia region, to develop inter-communal cooperation and to support the implementation of climate change adaptation measures.

Acquisition of a central role in the project ''Klima-resiliente Region OWL'' with a focus on sustainability, digitalisation and mobility Operational control of the funding project including time, milestone and resource planning Organisation and coordination of cooperation in the regional development project consortium, science, circles and municipalities Active integration of the participating communities and communities and coordination of coordination processes across municipal levels Conception, organisation and moderation of working groups, workshops, specialist events and excursions Implementation of needs and inventory analyses as well as development of regional tools and recommendations for climate change adaptation Implementation of expert interviews, evaluation of results and structured preparation of findings Participation in the development of a regional spatial picture, intercommunal pilot projects and intercommunal cooperation models Project control and evaluation, compilation of substantive reports, call-ups and use methods Presentation and representation of the project in committees, networks and at specialist events within and outside the region OWL

Successfully completed university studies, e.g. engineering, environmental, space, or economics, or a comparable qualification Experience in project management, ideally in funding projects or intercommunal cooperation projects Basic knowledge of climate protection and climate change adaptation and interest in data and technology-based solutions Understanding municipal structures, administrative processes and regional contexts Experience in cooperation with municipalities, circles or public actors Structured, independent and reliable operation Embossed communication and moderation capability as well as safe occurrence Team spirit, organisational strength and joy in complex voting processes
