You assume the overall responsibility of designing and controlling the maintenance management of agricultural buildings and industrial plants. With your know-how, you implement the CAFM system and ensure consistent quality assurance in the field of maintenance management by continuously maintaining the inventory data in the system (e.g., space and area information). Through careful contract management for maintenance contracts, you develop specifications and ensure compliance with performance agreements and deadlines (e.g. maintenance, testing and expert appointments). With your design of maintenance management, you will have a significant impact on the prioritization, planning and implementation of measures in management and construction entertainment. You are responsible for the professional and personal representation of the Head of the General Administration department in the own company Bau LKBH.

You have completed their studies in the field, engineering, facility management, supply engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have professional experience in this area. Through sound knowledge in the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB), you secure legal and economic procurement processes. Your safe handling of CAFM, maintenance software and CAD ensures reliable data management. Responsibility, initiative, reliability and good time management characterize your working style.
