Your role As a test engineer (m/w/x) you perform measurement tasks in the field of optics and length, plan measurement tasks, develop procedures and perform these independently

You operate and maintain various measuring instruments, measuring instruments and measuring structures in our laboratory rooms and production areas

You enter and evaluate the measurement data for a complete measurement result and document it in results reports

You maintain contacts with our customers (m/w/x) and advise on measurement issues

In addition, supervise the internal test equipment management and maintain their master data

You have a successfully completed technical study, ideally focusing on optics technology, mechanical engineering, measuring technology, physical technology or comparable technical training

Ideally, you already have experience with measurement tasks as well as knowledge of GPS standards and corresponding VDI guidelines

You are passionate about optical measurement technology and measuring instruments in the laboratory, development and production environment

You convince with a pronounced customer orientation, team skills and an independent, structured way of working

In addition, you can present good English knowledge (B1-B2) in word and writing
