Completed (special) Higher education (Dipl.-Ing (FH) / Bachelor) in the field of architecture or in a comparable subject of study Good knowledge of construction planning and construction regulations Founded computer identifiers (MS office applications) and CAD identifiers (preferably Nemetschek Allplan) Good knowledge of German language in word and writing Class B driving licence for activities in the field of external services (current proof must be attached to the application) Professional experience in the technical field of public administration is advantageous Safe and friendly appearance Communicative skills and enforcement Team skills
