System-based control and monitoring of automated local traffic planning including time and status control Maintenance, parameterization and further development of the planning settings in the MRP system (rules, strategies, priorities) Quality assurance of planning results and analysis of deviations and initiation of appropriate corrective measures Customer communication in order intakes, consignment queries and deviations from the standard process Coordination and communication with transport operators, drivers and warehouses to ensure smooth running Organisation of special journeys and support in price agreements and production processes (e.g. roll map creation)

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Experience in forwarding, ideally in disposition IT affinity and interest in process optimization Team skills according to the motto “One for everyone, all for one!” High operational readiness, service orientation and loadability Willingness to work in alternating shift (02:00 - 10:30 am and 08:30 - 17:00 pm), the Rhytmus you agree with your colleagues Very good German language skills required & good English skills
