Your future job:

In cooperation with our customer, we are looking for a call center agent (m/w/d) for versatile customer service projects as part of the employee transfer with option to take over. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:[for phone number see the original ad]:00 (flexible within this time window) Location: Frankfurt Job: Full-time or part-time from 30 hours per week

Your tasks:

As Call Center Agent (m/w/d), you will support diverse projects in various industries and provide competent and friendly advice and support for customers. Your projects include:

• Insurance consulting and customer support
• Customer service for textile products
• Consulting and service around care products
• Subscription service and extensions

Your profile:

• First experience in the Call Center or in customer support
• Commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Communication strength and joy at customer contact
• Friendly and sovereign appearance on the phone
• Quick conception and the ability to work into various topics such as insurance, textiles, care, subscription services, etc.
• Reliability and independent operation
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Secure handling of MS Office
