For our Legal department at the Hamburg site, we are looking for reinforcement at the next possible time: Insurance specialist* Insurance Management

Strategic planning and implementation of global insurance cover, such as financial lines, cyber insurance and other policies Implementation of the annual renewals of all global insurance companies Coordination of external global insurance brokers Implementation of internal/external insurance requirements Continuous implementation and improvement of internal insurance management processes for compliance with national and international insurance requirements (including updating of procedures/work instructions) Preventive exercises Group-wide damage management and processing of damages Group-wide contact person in all insurance issues in the international insurance program

Successfully completed studies of the insurance industry or the business economy or comparable qualification Very good practical knowledge in insurance management, i.e. in the operational implementation and safeguarding of group-wide insurance cover as well as the processing of any damages, in close cooperation with our service providers Advantageous knowledge of banking and supervisory and audit-specific know-how Excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing Careful, independent and pragmatic mode of operation, combined with the ability to reduce complex facts to their essential components and to present them as simple as understandable Safe appearance, strong team and communication skills and intercultural sensitivity Analytical strengths, organizational talent, high self-initiative and reliability readiness to travel in Germany and abroad
