Your job

• You take over the independent processing of construction projects (LP 6 to 9)
• You are responsible for creating performance directories and preparing the awards
• You will also conduct the independent organization, monitoring and on-time execution of construction sites of various construction projects
• They secure and optimise quality standards and coordinate the interface with customers, internal specialist departments, entrepreneurs and public institutions
• In addition, you are responsible for project-related performance and cost control and billing of all construction services, including warranty services

Your potential

• Study of civil engineering with pleasure and success
• You bring first professional experience in the field of construction management, but also motivated people who start working life are welcome
• You have knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, AVA (e.g. Orca or Rib iTwo) and VOB
• You bring very good knowledge of German
• Class B licence is required
• Your strengths include your communication skills, your diplomatic skills and an entrepreneurial way of thinking
