To support our real estate management team, we are currently looking for a “Werkstudent Immobilienmanagement (m/w/d)” for our Zeppelin headquarters in Garching near Munich.

You want to:

As a “Werkstudent Immobilienmanagement (m/w/d)” you are part of the team of our real estate management group and work on a variety of exciting tasks.

In the field of inventory management, you support the documentation, updating and digitization of planning and contract documents on our properties.

In property management, you work together with the team with the search/selection of new locations, the updating and expansion of our contract database as well as the roll-out of a global classification of the Group properties.

In addition, you are actively working in the field of construction project management on the procurement of framework contracts, the control of ongoing construction projects and on the control of maintenance and repair work on our buildings.

We wish:

Immatrikulation in the fields of real estate management or in the area of commercial controlling with a focus on real estate management

An independent and reliable way of working, team capacity and high performance

Safe handling of MS Office programs

Motivated, structured, resilient and team-capable personality with a high degree of self-initiative, readiness to use and change and awareness of responsibility

Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
