Controller for infrastructure and construction projects (m/f/d)

Description The business partner technology/infrastructure department is responsible for controlling the business units infrastructure and major projects as well as purchasing and law. In this position, you take the commercial responsibility for planning, controlling and reporting mainly large and complex construction projects. Your tasks in detail: You are responsible for the in-depth project controlling (technical/commercial support) of individual large and construction projects and their proper processes You take the commercial project management (tracking and moderation of commercial processes) The creation of target/actual comparisons and monitoring of time and budget attitudes are also part of your tasks in cooperation with the project management. Compared to the in- and external supervisory bodies, you regularly provide reports (including performance and earnings forecasts), including analysis, monitoring and documentation of opportunities and risks You prepare all commercial documents to ensure regularity and document the entire project sequence

Knowledge, skills and experience in project controlling construction, which you have acquired in the course of a corresponding study of the fields of economic engineering (technical deepening of civil engineering) or business management in conjunction with civil engineering or also in the course of carrying out corresponding activities.
