Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Maintenance and maintenance of buildings and industrial installations
• small repairs and coordination of maintenance and repair work
• Regular controls to ensure order, safety and functionality
• Maintenance of outdoor facilities as well as winter services with appropriate weather
• Contact for tenants, employees and external service providers on site

Technical requirements

• Complete craft or technical training desirable, alternatively relevant professional experience in the facility or building sector
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Self-employed, reliable and careful working
• Friendly appearance and service-oriented handling of tenants, customers and service providers
