Social Media Strategy & Content Creation You develop and optimise a social media strategy to sustain our brand presence You plan, tax and publish social media campaigns You create creative content, in front of and behind the camera, with the support of internal and external partners You are the face of our brand on Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn and shape our digital appearance You start reporting, evaluierst regularly our channels and align them with KPI-oriented to achieve maximum range and relevance Influencer Marketing & Relations You develop and control our influencer marketing strategy, from the selection of creators, to the speech, to the activation. You build long-term influencer relations that authentically transport our brand values You plan and implement cooperations and brand partnerships – both in the organic and in the paid context and optimically for the performance data-based Strategy & Network Control You take the professional leadership of a junior manager to share your expertise and give orientation in the daily business You shape and guide a forward-looking corporate influencer program that activates internal brand ambassadors:inside You organize external service providers, content creator and agencies along clear briefings and objectives

You have a degree in marketing, communication, media or comparable training You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in social media and influencer marketing – ideally in beauty, lifestyle or consumer goods. Beauty and social media are your passion – you know formats, mechanics and platform logics and you know how to use them strategically and creatively for our brand appearance. You have strong communicative skills and are text-proof – whether caption, storyboard, blog or script. In addition, you have demonstrably conceived, implemented and developed social media strategies. You have experience in working with influencers, agencies and internal stakeholders – and are safe to use tools like Canva, Storyclash and Asana. You bring a high degree of self-responsibility, commitment and initiative – working in a structured, accurate and targeted manner. You are a real team player with the claim to achieve big together
