Exercise the function as a specialist for occupational safety (SiFa) for the German locations Ensuring continuous development and updating of the occupational safety management system (MSMS) in close cooperation with the HSSE department (Chief HSSE Officer) and in conjunction with the HSSE team of other countries Compliance with requirements relevant to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) and the TAL mission Cooperation with the HSSE Department Management (Chief HSSE Officer) as part of relevant HSSE Harmonization Projects/ Activities Support in implementing OPEX/CAPEX projects for TAL Germany Support of local branch in the implementation of risk assessments, occupational safety instructions and occupational safety analyses Support in handling hazardous goods and waste settlement of the monthly internal reporting process in coordination with management Support for local management, employer, compliance with and implementation of work protection-relevant regulations within the workforce and at work Management and proactive support of local/global management for work protection tasks for offices of TAL Germany, including cooperation with local security authorities occupational safety management system officer (optional); Development of the ISO 45.001 system, implementation of internal audits, monitoring of external audits Management of the annual HSSE target (planning, management and monitoring) Conducting systematic accident analyses Maintenance and maintenance of HSSE software SynergiLive, implementation of evaluations and reports, follow-up of actions, maintenance of system data Close coordination with the working physicians and co-determination organisations

Complete study of engineering (preferably with focus on safety technology, environment, occupational safety or process/chemistry) with at least three years of professional experience in a technically demanding environment (optional oil and gas) with responsibility in the fields of occupational safety, plant safety or product safety Training and exercise of function as a specialist in occupational safety in chemistry or petrochemical environment Knowledge of project management is advantageous Experience with ISO 45001 and audit certification are beneficial flowing English knowledge in word and writing (at least language level B2) Good knowledge of MS Office (probably PowerPoint) Solid basic technical knowledge for the detection of risks specific to oil plants Knowledge of the main occupational safety standards and laws Knowledge of risk assessment instruments, instruments to investigate accidents etc. are advantageous Car guide ticket (for business trips along the entire pipeline course) Team-oriented working and enjoying an international working environment Ready to carry out business trips Very good communication skills, communication of knowledge and technical knowledge to the team Target-oriented, stressable and stress-resistant in more intensive working phases
