They support colleagues in the use of their mobile devices. They are particularly responsible for managing the Group when using their iOS devices. They are responsible for maintaining the mobile radio database. They are preparing mobile contracts. They are responsible for the output of terminals. They supervise the administration of our MDM systems (optional).

Completed study of computer science or comparable training as a specialist informant Experience in dealing with business applications on mobile devices as well as understanding the contractual handling of mobile connections Experience in handling iOS and Android devices including Zero Touch and Knox Mobile Enrollment, as well as the Apple Business Manager Ideal experience in handling the ticket system Cherwell Found experience with iOS and Android devices (iOS Prio) Knowledge of Active Directory / Entra ID and Enterprise Mobility Management (Intune or Ivanti Core)
