At the earliest possible date, an indefinite job is to be filled in parttime with 29 hours per week and a full-time job until 25.11.2026 (in the context of the job and desk sharing, this job is part-time) in the 6 TVöD/VKA group: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) as a Bucher (m/w/d) for Unit 27/200 (code: 2025/27200-1) The district of Oberbayern is responsible for around 4.6 million people in the region. We are one of the largest German helpers for people with disabilities and for those in need of care. However, we do not only fulfil social and healthy tasks, but are also committed to culture, education, home and the environment as a carrier of museums, schools and specialist consultancy. The district of Oberbayern is financed through the Upper Bavarian counties and district-free cities. They include the elected members of the District Day, which as a political body organizes the tasks of the district.

Your tasks include checking and booking of the collection and individual accounts of the service providers in the “SOZIUSOpenÜ” program in the following areas: Integrating aid for children (e.g. settlements of day-care centres, kitas, interdisciplinary early-school centres, travel costs) Aids in workshops for disabled people (e.g. benefits under the Employment Promotion Act, social insurance contributions bills and survivors) Input of invoices of statutory health insurance funds (according to § 264 SGB V) You will also advise the payment recipients in relation to the conversion of the data in the invoice or on-site accounting. They also support and advise the social administration's services in order to deal with payment-related issues.

You have a successful training / a successful conclusion: in the 2nd level of qualification, administrative and financial management, or as a manager (m/w/d) VFA-K (municipal administration department) or of course I or Projektmanager (m/w/d) MS Office products can be controlled safely. They can demonstrate knowledge and experience in accounting. With SOZIUSopenÜ you have already worked or you would like to learn it. They have a good understanding of numbers. Communication skills is your strength. They are com­plete and remain in close contact. They prefer to reach defined goals together rather than alone and like to pack up. Your work is done independently, independently and thoroughly. A pronounced understanding of service is obvious to you.
