Quality Manager (m/f/d)

As a member of the project management team, You are responsible for all quality management issues in projects with high complexity. In this function, plan, coordinate and conduct all project-specific measures to ensure the quality of the contractual delivery and performance volumes in cooperation with the project management team and the specialist departments. You take over the professional control of assigned employees with PQM tasks and the situational professional coordination of the QA employees. You will prioritise and organize your QM-relevant activities in the project/projects. As a “Single Point of Contact” between all interested parties (e.g. customers, project management, suppliers) you will communicate in the offer and implementation phase of a project. You coordinate and carry out verifications/reception checks in the project team with the customer, also as a decreasing entity in place of the customer. You are involved in technical reviews and audits at system level and analyze and evaluate presented work results with regard to the respective quality requirements. You conduct project and company-internal audits.

You have technical higher education or comparable training with a long-term professional experience. You have several years of professional experience in the processing of complex projects through technical cooperation (e.g. design, development) or in project management and may have an existing certification according to IPMA. You ideally bring experience with regard to quality management measures in project work and project execution and have knowledge of basic QM standards (ISO 9001, EN9100, AQAP 2110, 2210, 2310). You have knowledge of the development, e.g. for evaluating specification and design documents at system level. Experiences in the technical control of (project) teams will bring you. You convince your environment through safe occurrence and communication strength. An independent and structured way of working is of course for you. You have certain knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You have pleasure in business trips in Germany and abroad.
