Coordination, processing and monitoring of the ordering operations between other departments and branches Creation, testing and processing of order suggestions Systematic booking of orders and monitoring of flows of goods Identify and communicate delivery residues Taxation and monitoring of the ordering process in the goods management system Contact for our offices worldwide Organisation of non-planned orders (special transports / parcel orders / additional orders) Creation of credits, testing and processing of preorders, master data maintenance and monthly accounts Processing of internal orders for other departments including a correct assignment and documentation Communication with other departments to ensure smooth order processing Identification of possibilities for improving the efficiency and accuracy of the order processing process

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally focusing on logistics, sales or comparable professional experience Handling MS-Office Analytical independent and self-responsible operation and good organisational skills as well as team skills Loadable, flexible and strong in the team Ability to quickly make decisions Embossed customer and solution orientation combined with commitment, friendliness, service awareness and openness Embossed communication skills and team skills Language knowledge: very good German (in word and writing), good English (business-English), further language skills of advantage
