You are an entrepreneur on site and bear the overall responsibility for the operational and economic management of your store You are analysing economic indicators, taking measures and controlling the implementation You lead, motivate and develop the entire branch and leadership team You are an excellent host and take care of an ideal shopping atmosphere together with your leadership team You are in continuous exchange with various disciplines to achieve the best results together. You take the responsibility and implementation of company-internal projects and legal guidelines You implement visual mechandising rules and sales strategies and actively accompany their further development

You have a completed business training, a professional degree or comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in a leading position in fashion retail You are responsible and have a structured, independent way of working and analytical thinking You are sure to handle single-trade KPI and take concrete measures from your analysis You also radiate sovereignty in challenging situations, focus a clear focus and keep the big whole in mind You have been able to successfully use your leadership skills in large-scale fashion retail concepts You face new challenges and are open to your personal development - even at other locations You have a passion and feel for fashion, current trends & designers and visual merchandising
