We are looking for you Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Immobilienmanagement - Focus on Reconstruction Project Servicezentrale You study and are interested in implementing your expertise in practice? Then our team actively supports the conversion of our service center at Westring in Roth. You will take on varied tasks that provide you with a comprehensive insight into the real estate management of a savings bank and enable you to actively participate in the implementation of a demanding renovation project. You don't only support you surgically, but you actively contribute with your own ideas for structuring and optimizing project-related processes. Your tasks: Operational project cooperation within the framework of the reconstruction project Participation in construction and project meetings, including pre- and post-processing Tracing tasks, deadlines and appointments of external service providers Coordination with internal departments and external project participants Examination and structured review of plan documents in coordination with project management Creation and development of templates, overviews and processes Date and document management Administrative support (sheet, structuring of documents) Digitalization and structured processing of project-relevant documents Your profile: Studies in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Management or Similar Degrees Interest in construction projects, project management and organizational processes Structured, independent and reliable operation Organizational strength and good communication skills Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Power Point, Word, optional: MS Project, Visio) Willingness to work 16-20h per week at Roth site Your Benefits:
