This is what we expect as Senior Aktuar Pricing (m/w/d) Data-driven pricing: development and development of modern pricing models using machine learning, data mining and stochastic methods - from analysis to implementation Product development: Actual responsibility for new product developments, including feasibility assessment, tariff calculation and ensuring economic sustainability Process optimization: automation and continuous improvement of actuary processes along the entire value chain Economic assessment: analysis and critical evaluation of product and business projects under profitability points and deriving sound recommendations for action Stakeholder Management: Close cross-departmental cooperation with product management, sales, underwriting, controlling and other interfaces for developing integrated solutions Management communication: preparation and presentation of complex analysis results and clear recommendations for management Focus on innovation: Identification of new methods, technologies and trends in the pricing and analytics environment and active development of own models and approaches

This is what you bring with you as Senior Aktuar Pricing (m/w/d) Qualification: Completed master's degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, statistics or a comparable quantitative degree course; ideally training as an actuary (DAV or comparable) Industry experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in the pricing of damage / accident insurance with a sound understanding of the German insurance market Analytical Competence: Very pronounced skills in the analysis of complex data as well as in the modeling and evaluation of insurance-related relationships Programming: Safe handling of Python, PySpark or R as well as experience with data mining and machine learning methods Project Management: Experience in the independent processing of complex issues and projects with multiple interfaces Operation: High self-initiative and sense of responsibility combined with a structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial approach Communication: Ability to present complex facts in a comprehensible and addressable manner - also at management level - with very good knowledge of German and good English
