For further expansion and further expansion of our market shares we are looking for one*n: Account Manager (m/w/d) for one of our subsidiaries in the field of credit transfer

What you expect: You advise your customers in all aspects of building financing – personally, telephone and online consulting – from the first talk to the final conciliation. You analyse the individual financing needs, create suitable financing concepts and prepare all necessary documents completely and structured. You use common switching platforms (e.g. Europace, Ehyp) and are in direct contact with important credit institutions to realize optimal conditions for your clientele. You actively contribute your sales and consulting talent, build customer relationships sustainably and contribute to the successful establishment of our brand in the market. You connect real estate sellers and real estate financing with each other and actively cooperate with all parties.

What we wish: You have a bank or commercial training or a relevant study and possess the property in accordance with the residential property credit directive. You bring experience and enthusiasm for building financing and can explain complex facts in a comprehensible and convincing way. You are a highly communication-intensive sales professional with high customer and service orientation – both in the digital and in the analog world. You work structured, independent and targeted, show their own initiative and appreciate the team's cooperation. You are willing to advise your customers outside classic bank opening times as needed and use current financing and brokerage platforms securely.
