Management and overall responsibility of several installation projects for automatic transport and storage systems in the clean room, including on-time, quality and budget-oriented implementation, as well as professional and disciplinary management of several installation teams Strategic project planning and resource management, including coordination of personnel, materials and equipment Close cooperation with Junior Project Managers, Site Managers and Supervisors in the operational planning, control and monitoring of customer projects Ensure highest quality and safety standards and implementation of quality control measures and continuous process improvement Takeover of the central interface to customers, management and management - from requirement analysis to project management to successful implementation Development and implementation of overarching project strategies Identification, evaluation and minimisation of project risks incl. Reporting to Management and Stakeholder Continuous development of the installation staff through training, coaching and mentoring

Complete technical training and/or technical studies (e.g. mechatronics, electrical engineering, electrical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.) Multiannual professional experience in project management – ideally in the semiconductor industry Proven leadership skills and experience in coordinating external project partners Structured, solution-oriented and customer-focused operation Impressed communication and problem-solving capability as well as safe, reliable occurrence Very good German (C1) and English (B2) Safe handling of MS Office Intercultural competence and readiness for occasional missions driving licence class B
