For our IT department, we are looking for a IT Business Continuity (m/w/d)

Identification and assessment of risks that could affect the IT infrastructure and business processes, as well as deriving appropriate risk mitigation measures – in close coordination with the different departments Collection and management of IT risks in our GRC tool Establishing protection requirements in coordination with asset managers and creating and implementing plans to ensure business continuity in IT outages, natural disasters or other crisis situations Planning and implementation of business impact analyses (BIAs) Alignment and analysis of recurrence plans and preparation and maintenance of emergency plans for different scenarios, including regular tests and exercises to verify effectiveness Continuous monitoring of compliance with business continuity plans and regular reporting to management and appropriate authorities (on justified request) Training and workshops for employees to increase awareness of business continuity and emergency management

Complete study of computer science, economic informatics or comparable qualifications Relevant professional experience in business continuity management or IT emergency management with expertise in strategic planning and corresponding technical knowledge Funded knowledge in the development and implementation of business continuity strategies and plans as well as in risk assessment Relevant certifications such as ISO 22301, CISSP or CBCP Analytical and solution-oriented, structured manner Good German knowledge Interest in implementing new structures Social competence, skill of persuasion and communication skills and joy in the illustrative presentation of complex facts to different target groups
