Senior Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

You are technical Sparring Partners (m/w/d) for project development – and ensure that structural and operational aspects are taken into account early in order to optimize planning and return. You take over the technical leadership in the execution phase – including purchasing, controlling and contract negotiations with general contractors and individual unions. You lead interdisciplinary teams confidently and keep all participants on track. You ensure consistent project controlling: Compliance with schedules, cost frameworks and quality standards is your responsibility. You create structure in the project everyday by safely using modern project management tools and digital project spaces – and efficiently design the project team's control.

A completed degree in civil engineering or architecture Multiannual experience in the technical project management of complex construction projects – ideally related to residential or commercial real estate A pronounced target orientation as well as the ability to control projects even under pressure structured and solution-oriented Communication strength, self-responsibility and the willingness to actively take over leadership – internally and externally Safe handling of common project management software as well as experience in building and organizing digital project rooms
