Project Manager Planning & Portfolio Development (m/f/d)

For our clients, an established and economically strong real estate stockholder in the Cologne/Bonn area, we are looking for a project manager Planning & Stock Development (m/w/d). The company is responsible for the sustainable development and modernisation of a diverse real estate portfolio of residential, office and commercial properties. The focus is on the future-oriented further development of its own stock and the implementation of sophisticated new construction, reconstruction and renovation measures. In this position you will accompany projects from the first idea through the concept and planning phase to the handover to the realization. You act from the point of view of the building, control internal and external project participants and contribute significantly to developing the properties successfully in the long term. For the Cologne/Bonn region we are looking for:

New construction, modernization and further development of a diverse real estate portfolio

Development, planning and control of new building, reconstruction and modernization projects within the own real estate stock Responsibility for the early phases of the project – from need analysis to feasibility studies to execution planning Creation and monitoring of usage concepts and technical and economic basis Control and coordination of internal specialist planners and external architecture and engineering offices Ensuring compliance with cost, time and quality objectives during the planning phase Development of sustainable and economic solutions for residential, office and commercial properties Preparation and monitoring of tenders, awards and contracts Consulting internal stakeholders for technical, economic and conceptual issues Interface management between the participating departments and project partners

Successfully completed study of architecture or a comparable qualification Professional experience in planning, project management, contractor representation or real estate development Knowledge of the performance phases 1 to 5 of the HOAI Experience in the development, modernization or rehabilitation of existing properties of advantage Interest in sustainable construction and sustainable real estate concepts Secure understanding of cost, appointment and quality management Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different disciplines Entrepreneurial thinking and strong sense of responsibility Ideal knowledge of Allplan, ORCA AVA and MS Project
