We are looking for the Facility Management (FM) organization unit at the next possible time, indefinitely, one / one (m/d) for heating, ventilation, sanitation and climate (HLSK) in building management We are looking for reinforcement for our Facility Management (FM) service unit, which takes care of the operation, maintenance and sustainable development of buildings and facilities. Our team of about 300 dedicated employees is committed to nature and climate protection as well as resource efficiency and covers a wide range of tasks – from energy provision to transport route maintenance and KIT shuttle operation.

Operation, operation and monitoring of HLSK plant building systems (e.g. heating centers, air-conditioning systems, drinking water systems, pressure-increasing systems, curing systems, air conditioning systems) Regular inspections, maintenance and testing according to statutory and manufacturer-side requirements, including documentation of all measures carried out fault detection, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical systems – both independently and in cooperation with specialist companies Execution of smaller maintenance and repair measures and replacement of wear parts on valves, valves, pipelines, filters, pumps etc. Monitoring of external firms in maintenance, repair and rebuilding, including performance and control of compliance with safety requirements Working with the technical operational optimization and increasing the energy efficiency of HLSK plants Participation in the planning, coordination and implementation of small technological projects in the stock (e.g. replacement of plant parts, conversions, plant modernisation) Recording and maintenance of technical documentation, operational logs, maintenance records and feedback in the CAFM/SAP system Support for regular tests (e.g. Legionella examination, safety valve checks, pressure vessel checks) Participation in call readiness and use in malfunctions outside the regular working time

Complete vocational training in the field of technical building equipment, e.g. as plant mechanic SHK, central heating and ventilation engineer, refrigeration plant engineer, mechatronics engineer for refrigeration and the like (w/m/d) Professional experience in the supervision of HLSK plants in facility management or in technical building operations Knowledge of MSR/GLT technology and basics in energy optimization desirable Good technical understanding and ability to separate problem solving Teamability, reliability and a high level of responsibility Willingness to continue and participate in standby services Class B driving licence (old: class 3)
