THE EXPENDITURE Consultation with Impact: You actively talk to interested parties, understand their needs and advise them individually on our training offers. First contact person: You identify potential participants and accompany them from the first telephone call to onboarding in the first week of the course. Contact with working mediators: You support the applicants when applying for educational vouchers and are available for inquiries from work intermediaries. Structured CRM management: You use CRM tools like Hubspot to track your successes and optimize processes.

THE SOLLINGS Communication talent: You can convince people, go safely into conversations and communicate complex content in a comprehensible and inspiring way. Distribution in blood: You have ideally experience in sales, customer advice or education. Empathie & Customer Focus: You can put yourself in the situation of the participants and find the right training offer for everyone. Digital-affin & organised: You are safe to use digital tools and CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot, Google Workspace, Salesforce). Own initiative & target orientation: You work autonomously, have a hand-on mentality and pursue your goals ambitiously. You have strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
