As Team Lead Finance & Controlling (FiCo) Consulting (m/w/d), you are responsible for developing sustainable solutions for new and existing customers in Financial Accounting & Controlling (FiCo). This ensures the quality and cost-effectiveness of the implementations in this area in our projects. You work closely with the other team leaders in Professional Services. With your professional know-how and leadership, you drive standards, innovations and the further development of your teams.

Your tasks

In your role, you take the technical and disciplinary direction of the central team of the FiCo Consultants. The responsibility for resource management, prioritization and operational management of your team members lies with you. You ensure that planning and staging processes are applied consistently and that the capacities and capabilities of the team are optimally used. A central component Your task is to ensure the billable Utilization of the team. Through continuous and accompanying quality assurance, you ensure a high quality on all projects. In addition, you design and implement processes, tools and other reusable standards to sustainably increase the efficiency and quality of our project work. You have completed your studies or completed training in the commercial or business sector or in information technology with an economic understanding – alternatively you bring a comparable, compensating professional experience. At least five years of practical experience as a leadership with disciplinary personnel responsibility are yours. In addition, you will bring at least ten years of profound experience in the implementation and management of holistic ERP projects. Very good product knowledge in the Abas ERP is your professional profile. With your strong team, motivation and communication strength, you can easily move across specialist boundaries and combine responsibility and quality awareness with an analytical and structured way of working. Ideally, you have technical knowledge in the field of accounting. Very good knowledge of German and English allows you to work safely and effectively in international teams.
