They lead the Senior Meeting assigned to you and are responsible for the pedagogical and professional support as well as guidance of volunteers, additional staff and honorary staff, including personnel deployment planning and personnel recovery They develop concepts of open senior work taking into account city-part-related needs, in particular for the inclusive participation of older people with and without disabilities They are responsible for consulting and support services for open senior work and are responsible for the social-space-oriented networking and public relations work.

They have a completed activity-related university degree at Bachelor level, e.g. as a social pedagogue, social worker*in each case with an additional gerontological/rontopsychological education They have extensive knowledge of gerontology and pedagogical knowledge or professional experience in low-swelling social work Extensive knowledge of the local structures and services of outpatient assistance and needs, as well as knowledge of the local environment-improving measures and their financing
