You work independently on legal issues in human resources, develop practical solutions and support process optimization. In addition, you will advise internal departments, check contracts, service agreements and observe changes in law to ensure legal procedures. Through your expertise, you will ensure the legally compliant and efficient processes of HZD and the state administration.

You are full lawyers (w/m/d) and have satisfactorily deposited both state sexamina with at least the note. You have experience in the legal advice of specialist departments and executives. You have a well-founded knowledge of human resources law, in particular labour law, personnel representation law and collective bargaining and civil servant law. You have good knowledge of the administrative structures and processes of public administration and experience in conceptual work. You have a sovereign ability to communicate with good linguistic expression and can present complex facts in writing as well as oral clear and comprehensible.
