Responsible coordination and control of all packaging, artwork and label projects for our retail customers Organisation and monitoring of all product-related release processes (packaging, hangtags, labels, shipping marks, prints and EAN codes) Coordination between customers, suppliers, print shops, agencies and internal departments scheduling, tracking and ensuring the timely implementation of all projects Layout creation including maintenance and management of product and packaging data according to the style guidelines Control and release of print data, proofs and prints according to customer specifications Creation and administration of briefings for suppliers, photographers and external service providers Organisation and coordination of photo shoots including sample management, scheduling and service provider control Support in the development and implementation of customized packaging and advertising concepts Ensuring compliance with style guides, customer requirements and quality standards Communication with national and international partners in German and English Project-related cost control and collection and audit of offers and invoices Support for customer presentations and sales-related projects Cooperation in the development of new packaging and product concepts Maintaining and managing digital databases and streamlining all project documents Support for image processing of training

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Experience in project management, product management, packaging management or artwork management Structured and independent mode of work with a pronounced organizational institution Safe handling of MS Office; Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Communication strength and joy in cooperation with customers, suppliers and internal teams High time, responsibility and quality orientation Good English knowledge of word and writing Team skills, initiative and hands-on mentality Interest in packaging, products, trends and trade marks
