Your tasks:

As Division Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the entire Service & Technik division in Saxony-Anhalt. They lead our workshops strategically, organizationally and humanly – and actively promote the further development of the processes and further development.

• You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the workshop managers and masters in your region
• They ensure compliance with our high quality standards and create smooth processes
• They plan investments, coordinate resources and ensure optimal utilization of workshops
• You recognize potentials in the team and promote the further development of your employees
• You will also effectively bring your technical expertise to
• They report directly to the field management and work closely with adjacent departments

Your profile:

• Complete training in motor vehicles with master qualification
• Multiannual leadership and professional experience in technical service or workshop environment
• Excellent leadership, organizational talent and a high sense of responsibility
• Entrepreneurial thinking and joy in building and developing structures
• readiness to travel within Saxony-Anhalt
• Communication strength, decision-making and genuine interest in people and technology
