SCHUPP® Ceramics develops, manufactures and sells high-quality metallic-ceramic high-temperature products for industrial and laboratory furnaces up to 1,850 °C. We are consciously working in a manufactory manner: in small, well-established teams, with high manual work depth, individual manufacturing processes and a lot of attention to detail – far from standardized assembly lines. 1. Precision manufacturing & machining Self-working of Mullite/PCW fiber materials, which are significantly more pressure-sensitive than wood or metal. Implementation of technical drawings in real components with narrow tolerances – important for later use in industrial furnaces, where precision is safety-relevant. Operation and installation of a diverse machine landscape: CNC milling, wood processing machines, industrial saws, cutting technology and extraction systems.

2. Individual production instead of series production of customized individual pieces and small series – each component is a separate project. No assembly line processes: You plan, process, control and optimize your work steps independently. Active detection and lifting of deviations, surface defects or dimensional inaccuracies.

3. Work in a manufactory structure work in a small team (4-5 persons) with flat hierarchies and quick decisions. Cross-sector work with production management, quality assurance and technology & construction. High own design playroom in the daily business.

Special conditions Completely crafted training, e.g. industrial/wood mechanics, carpenter/cleaner or comparable. Good CNC experience and safe handling of wood or plastic processing machines. Secure reading and conversion of technical drawings. Experience with sensitive materials (wood, plastics, fiber or ceramic materials). Personal characteristics Very independent, reliable operation – important for individual productions.
