In our internal financial accounting, you ensure that our global trade flows are mapped financially correctly and efficiently. This includes: Classic financial accounting including debitor, creditor and property accounts settlement of all payment transactions and daily bank bookings Examination of input invoices and maintenance of master data Working on monthly and annual accounts Creation of statistical reports (e.g. Bundesbank, ZM) Monitoring of open items and carrying out dunning Preparation and transmission of sales tax declarations Support for digital and AI-based process improvements In perspective, there is the possibility to assume additional responsibility. If appropriate, you can perform further tasks in the medium term.

In order to be able to correctly arrange and unwind our worldwide flows of goods, the following knowledge is valuable: Profile Good knowledge in accounting about a commercial training and/or a Bachelor in Business Administration/Finance, or a further education in financial accounting Experience with SAP Business One or a comparable ERP system, with merchandise management Basic understanding of international trade processes (import/export) – or the willingness to work there quickly Good English knowledge of word and writing Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Structured, careful and responsible operation Humanly, if you...
